1. No Guarantee of Offer

• Submission of your vehicle information and current offer does NOT guarantee that JST Auto will make a counter-offer or purchase your vehicle.
• JST Auto reserves the right to decline any vehicle offer submission without providing reasons.
• The "up to 15% better offer" is a maximum potential increase and is not guaranteed for every submission.
• Any offer made by JST Auto is subject to physical inspection and verification of the vehicle's condition.

2. Accuracy of Information

• You warrant that all information provided in your submission is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Any misrepresentation of vehicle condition, mileage, ownership, or other material facts may result in immediate withdrawal of any offer.
• You must have legal authority to sell the vehicle you are submitting.
• The uploaded offer document must be genuine and unaltered.

3. Vehicle Inspection

• Any offer made by JST Auto is conditional upon a satisfactory physical inspection of the vehicle.
• JST Auto reserves the right to adjust or withdraw any offer based on the findings of the physical inspection.
• Undisclosed damage, mechanical issues, or discrepancies between submitted information and actual condition may result in offer adjustment or withdrawal.
• You agree to make the vehicle available for inspection at a mutually agreed time and location.

4. Maximum Vehicle Price

• This service is limited to vehicles with a maximum price of R150,000.
• Submissions for vehicles valued above R150,000 may not be considered.
• JST Auto reserves the right to determine the actual market value of any vehicle.

5. Response Time

• JST Auto aims to respond to submissions within 24-48 hours during business days.
• Response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on volume of submissions and business circumstances.
• Weekends, public holidays, and after-hours submissions may experience longer response times.
• No response within the stated timeframe does not imply acceptance or any obligation on the part of JST Auto.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

• Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your vehicle offer.
• JST Auto will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
• By submitting your information, you consent to JST Auto contacting you via phone, email, or other means regarding your submission.
• Your uploaded documents are stored securely and will be deleted after the evaluation process is complete or after a reasonable retention period.

7. No Binding Agreement

• Submission of your information does NOT create a binding contract or obligation to sell your vehicle.
• Any offer made by JST Auto is an invitation to negotiate and does not constitute a binding contract until formal documentation is signed by both parties.
• Either party may withdraw from negotiations at any time prior to signing a formal purchase agreement.
• You are free to accept other offers or sell your vehicle elsewhere at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

• JST Auto shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of this submission service.
• JST Auto makes no warranties regarding the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of responses to submissions.
• You use this service entirely at your own risk.
• JST Auto is not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or delays in the submission process.

9. Vehicle Condition and Ownership

• You warrant that the vehicle is free from any liens, encumbrances, or legal disputes.
• The vehicle must not be reported stolen, written off, or have any outstanding finance agreements unless disclosed.
• You must provide clear and valid proof of ownership if requested.
• Any discrepancies in ownership or legal status may result in immediate termination of negotiations.

10. Right to Refuse Service

• JST Auto reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• JST Auto may temporarily or permanently suspend acceptance of new submissions at any time.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated submissions may result in blocking of future submissions.

11. Modification of Terms

• JST Auto reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
